Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Orders will be shipped via USPS unless you select another option during checkout.

Holiday Shipping: Please note that we are experiencing a slight delay due to current worldwide supply chain issues. Orders placed now will be shipped no later than December 10th. To ensure delivery before Dec. 25th, please place your order no later than Dec. 17th.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $20.00 within 08057 and 08036. Deliveries are made within 2 to 4 business days after your order is processed. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working with carriers to open up to other countries within the next 30 days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thecigarbandit.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
